With back-to-school shopping, packing for college, and last-minute summer plans, finding scholarships to apply for is probably the last thing on your mind. And, as Sam Keen put it –

Deep summer is when laziness finds respectability.

Many other students feel the same way. Which means you can expect more competition if you wait until fall to start submitting applications.

Instead, get ahead of the crowd by applying to August scholarships!

The beginning of a new semester means a much busier schedule anyway. You’ll have class, test days, study sessions, social gatherings, and possibly work hours.

Take advantage of any extra free time you have left this summer before your schedule fills up. Otherwise – you may not have time to apply later!

Haven’t enrolled in college yet? These August scholarships for high school seniors might be a better fit.
